Jordan's Approach to Therapy
Jordan believes therapy works best when it feels like a genuine collaboration. She brings warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humour to the counselling room while helping clients navigate life's harder moments. Drawing on her training in EMDR, CBT, DBT-informed skills, Sand Tray Therapy, and family systems work, Jordan tailors therapy to each client's unique needs and goals. Whether you're working through trauma, relationship challenges, body image struggles, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, Jordan's goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Jordan's Specialties
Jordan is a Registered Clinical Social Worker who has worked in mental health since 2012. She is passionate about helping clients build self-worth, improve body image, heal their relationship with food, and develop greater confidence in themselves and their relationships. Jordan also works with individuals and couples navigating sexuality, intimacy, relationship concerns, and identity exploration. She provides a welcoming, affirming, and judgment-free space where clients can bring their whole selves to therapy. Alongside this work, Jordan specializes in trauma, anxiety, family dynamics, eating and food-related concerns including ARFID, and supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life's challenges and transitions.
Book with Jordan
Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you can be real, feel supported, and settle in comfortably while doing meaningful work. Whether you're healing from trauma, struggling with self-esteem, working through relationship challenges, exploring sexuality, or learning to trust yourself again, I'd be honoured to be part of that journey.
