Aiyman's Approach to Therapy
Aiyman works collaboratively with adults who want to better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and make meaningful changes. His approach is grounded in genuine curiosity about people, their experiences, and the patterns that shape how they think, feel, and respond to the world. Sessions are conversational, thoughtful, and collaborative, balancing self-exploration with practical strategies. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centred therapy, Aiyman adapts his approach to your needs, whether that means exploring difficult emotions, challenging unhelpful patterns, or finding new ways forward.
Aiyman's Specialties
Aiyman supports adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, low self-esteem, addiction and substance use, relationships, burnout, and major life transitions. He has a particular interest in working with people who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or caught between others' expectations and their own values. His work explores self-discovery, people-pleasing, perfectionism, motivation, meaning, and personal growth. He also has a growing professional interest in psychological assessment and its role in helping people better understand themselves.
Book with Aiyman
I've always been curious about people, why we do what we do, and what shapes who we become. I believe most people are doing the best they can, and that therapy should feel like a genuine conversation: a space to think out loud and figure things out together.
