These sessions provide support for those navigating the complexities of grief, offering a space to share and heal through the loss of a loved one or significant life changes. - ADHD Group: Next Group Start November 18th 2025
Offers practical tools and strategies to improve focus, organization, and emotional regulation. Join us to build skills, share experiences, and create meaningful change in a supportive group setting. - Couples Workshop: The Heart of Us: October 25 2025 This 4-hour interactive workshop gives couples the tools to reflect on their shared journey, practice living by their values, and create a vision for the future.
- Midweek Mindfulness: Virtual Mindful Yoga: October 8 2025 for 8 weeks 40 minutes just for you—no special equipment, experience, or space required. Join from wherever you can find a quiet moment.
